Refer a Student

You know all about the life-changing opportunities that an STU's education provides. Why not share them with a prospective student?

Referred students who enroll at STU's will receive a scholarship valued at $1,000 per year for 4 years ($4,000 total). To be eligible, students can be referred at any time prior to their acceptance to STU's .

Consider family, neighbors, friends, children of co-workers, members of your religious community, civic groups, and others! However, it doesn’t have to end with the referral! We ask that you actively recruit your student, offer support throughout the search process, recommend a campus visit, and encourage the student to apply for admission.

Incoming and current students may not refer other students.

Per NCAA Bylaws, Representatives of Athletics Interests; which includes current coaches, members of the Board of Trustees, members of the President’s Advisory Committee, and donors to the A-Club may refer a student to Southern Technical University, however, incoming student-athletes who are referred by a Representative of Athletics Interests can only be eligible for the Referral Scholarship if also referred by a non-Representative of Athletics Interests.
