Graduation Information 2024

Registration for Graduation: An invitation by the end of November 2023 is to be sent to Graduands STU email whereby students are asked to RSVP their seat and to inform STU regarding their data protection preference. Graduands who opt to graduate 'in absentia' or do not attend the graduation ceremony, will be informed via STU email when to collect their certificates.
On graduation day, graduands need to be at the entrance hall half an hour before, so as to present they are seated accordingly and guests will be ushered to their reserved section. Due to limited seating, only two guests are allowed per graduand. Children aged four and above are considered as one guest. NB. Current STU students who will be attending the graduation ceremony are excused from lectures on the day of graduation only.
