Diversity Inclusion & Belonging

At Southern Technical University, we strive to be a place where students from all backgrounds can feel like one community. We believe that innovation can only come through different perspectives. We believe that every individual student has the potential to make an impact. And we believe that we need to go beyond diversity, equity and inclusion to true belonging.

Southern Technical University is committed to being a place that it is boldly anti-racist and anti-ism, and to the ongoing work that demands of us.

In August of 2023, we launched the Blueprint for Belonging. The annual, year-long evaluation process will involve all members of our community and result in actionable items for every unit of our college. The final recommendations will be released in November 2023. This is the foundation that will help guide us into a richer, fuller, equal future.

As a new and newly born university, we have a lot of preliminary work and procedures that need to be improved and supplemented. We firmly believe that on the basis of adhering to academic ethics and morals, we must strengthen teaching and research, curriculum and development, and student and teacher management. Under the premise of continuous updating of the system, Southern Technical University will move forward vigorously within the framework of healthy and sustainable development 1. Continuous progress!
